- Sunday & Saturday morning yoga...time to connect; I have a difficult time lately with unstructured time, so this helps me create an anchor for the weekend!
- Monday practice...short practice to break the binge eating that tends to happen after work
- Open-ended practice days...I alternate with going to the gym and my goddess life/Datura dance classes
Yesterday's morning flow was the perfect pre-dance class practice! I felt so good being able to adjust the moves to what I could do. I got a good sweat going and felt energized!
