Hello! I tried to like yoga many times in the past and never quite found a groove. It felt to "slow" and I was not the size or flexibility of the instructors I looked up online. A friend introduced me to running and strength training, but have been sidelined from running for a while due to some plantar fascitis. Combine that with navigating a pandemic, and stumbling across Dianne was the best thing that could've happened to me. Finally it felt like there was a sweet person on the other end of the yoga instruction that I could connect with. Now is a time in my life that I can appreciate the "slow" rather than feel like it wasn't enough. I worked through quite a few of your YouTube videos and wanted more, so here I am.
Today I did some upper body strength training and day 11 of the 21 day Yoga Challenge. It was just the break in the work-from-home day that I needed!
