In the third class of our seven-week series, we will explore Ahimsa, a teaching from the Yoga Sutras that is translated as non-violence or non-harming. How do you speak about your body or to yourself? Are you speaking from a place of respect or are you harming the way you speak to yourself? We will explore this idea on our mats as we work to speak to ourselves the way we would speak to someone we love as we explore balancing postures.
