How can we have discipline in our yoga practice while still respecting our bodies?
In the sixth class of our seven-week series, we will explore Tapas, a teaching from the Yoga Sutras that is sometimes defined as heat or intensity, it can also be seen as the practice of burning away impuriities. Today we will explore a heat building, vinyasa style practce, whie still honronign our bodies where we are today. Our goal is to build heat to burn away anything no longer serving us, to try and find our own inner purpose, not to change the shape or size of our bodies.
